Cancellation Policy

• Advance Notice Required: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any fees. • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. • No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in the full consultation fee being charged, non-refundable and non- transferable. • Refund Process: Eligible cancellations will be processed for a refund according to the cancellation policy terms. • How to Cancel/Reschedule: Use our online booking system or contact our office directly to modify your appointment. • Contact for Assistance: If you need help or have questions about canceling or rescheduling, please reach out to us at 1-403-690-9973.
